Drinks that make you go...

I love The New Yorker, I often wonder what my life would be like without the eminent whit of The New Yorker and its many contributors...it is genial, there is something for every interest.

This week's "featured" cartoon is a mouthful, the tagline makes me giggle: "When life gives you lemonade, make a highly caffeinated, alcoholic lemon-flavored drink."

...it brings me back to the days when I would over-indulge in many a great latte and martini. Today I have graduated to green tea and can hardly finish a cocktail all by myself, thus I had to post this is as a tribute to all of my friends who help me finish my boozie drinks (and enjoy every sip) and that don't constantly tell me about the latest coffee drinks they load up on...Thanks for not rubbing it in...I love you guys too!
